Setting Up Your Applicant Account

If you are a new applicant you must first set up an applicant account. Click on “Applicant Account Login” at the top right of the page then click the “New Applicant?” blue link.  Be sure to enter a valid e-mail address. All notifications and correspondence related to your application will be sent to this “account user name” e-mail address. In some cases the “account user name” may be a different person from the staff who oversee the organization or the project. You will set up a password. We strongly recommend using a secure password with 12 characters that includes upper and lower case letters and numbers. You will also set up security questions and answers.

If multiple people from your organization need access to your account, you will need to share this login information and password with them. If they happen to get locked out they will need to work with the original account holder to unlock the account and set up a new password. We cannot offer a separate login for multiple users of the same account. The “Account User” will remain the gatekeeper of correspondence between your organization and Tyndale House Foundation through this one e-mail address.

Navigating and Managing Your Account

The Applications Tab lists saved unfinished (In Process) applications as well as a history of submitted applications. The Requirements Tab lists new requirements posted, save unfinished (In Process) requirements and submitted requirements. Use drop down on both tabs to filter through each list and simply click on the Application Name to open.

If you need to change your email address or password use the “Change Email/Password” button at the top of your account.

To leave your account, you must use the “Logout” button located on the top right of the page. It is important to “logout” to preserve the integrity of all your data.

Change in Personnel

If you have a change in staff and you want to access your account history you must login to your account using the original “account user name” e-mail address. Then, you can change it to the new staff’s e-mail address. You will also want to update the security questions and answers. If you do not know the original e-mail address it is better to contact us to UPDATE your account information instead of setting up a new account with a different login.

  • Frequently Asked Questions

What is my Username?

Your username is the e-mail address you used when setting up your account.

What do I do if I forget or don’t know my account login e-mail address?

Contact us and we will send you the information. Do not set up a new login with a different e-mail address. You will not be able to access any of the saved or submitted applications you may have on your account.

What do I do if I forget or don’t know my password?

Use the “Forgot Password?” link on the Sign In Page. You will be asked for the correct answers to your security questions. Your email address will be verified and a temporary password will be sent immediately. When you replace the temporary password we strongly recommend using a secure password with 12 characters that includes upper and lower case letters and numbers.

How do I return to an application I have saved so I can finish it?

Login to your account and use the drop down box to access the list of applications you have in process and choose the one you want to continue working on. You can save the same application as many times as necessary.

How do I find applications I have submitted?

Login to your account and use the drop down box to access the list of submitted proposals. Simply click on the submitted application you would like to review. You cannot make changes or additions because they have been submitted.

Why is it important to Logout?

It completely closes all the documents you have reviewed and protects your information.

Can I share my Username and Password?

Yes! You may want someone else in your organization to provide information for your application. If you are located overseas you may want your U.S. Headquarters Office or Fiscal Sponsor to fill out parts of the application. When you send your colleague the e-mail address that is your username and the password to your account, you should send them in separate e-mails for security reasons. Be sure your colleague understands how to save their work and logout of the account.
